Welcome to DR Core. These Terms of Service govern your use of our pelvic floor training application, website, and related services. By accessing or using DR Core, you agree to be bound by these terms.

DR Core provides a mobile application and related services for pelvic floor training. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. The app can be used in two ways:

  Local Usage: You can use the app without creating an account, with all data stored locally on your device.

  Account-Based Usage: You may create an account to enable cloud sync and backup features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

We prioritize your privacy:

  By default, your exercise data remains exclusively on your device

  Cloud storage is optional and requires explicit opt-in

  You maintain control over your data and can delete it at any time

You retain ownership of any content you provide to our service. If you choose to enable cloud sync, you grant DR Core a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

DR Core provides exercise guidance but is not a substitute for professional medical advice:

DR Core is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall DR Core be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

We are not responsible for:

  Data loss if you use the app without enabling cloud sync

  Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials

DR Core offers both free and premium features:

  Basic functionality is available free of charge

  Premium features may require a subscription

  Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date

  Refunds are processed according to the app store policies (Apple App Store or Google Play)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
